RYSE is excited to share that we’ve closed with Opportunity Fund’s New Markets Tax Credits program, in partnership with Raza Development Fund, Community Vision, and U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation, an $11 MM loan to finance our  RYSE Commons. Please save the date for our official groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, September 6th 2019.
