RYSE Non-Discrimination Policy
RYSE does not discriminate in any way, either in employment or in the provision of any of our services, against any individual or group because of race, color, ancestry, national origin, age, marital status, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, religion (including dress and grooming), sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and/or related medical conditions), disability (including physical, mental, and/or HIV/AIDS status), gender (including identity and expression), genetics, or request for FMLA (if applicable).
RYSE complies with applicable state, federal, and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which we have facilities.
RYSE’s non-discrimination practices are bound within our organizational values. This means we also consider historic, ongoing, de jure, and de facto systemic discrimination, exclusion, and targeting of protected classes, as well as those not recognized by governing statutes but who also experience discrimination. We work to practice radical inclusion, which includes and exceeds what is required of the law.
