Francisco Rojas is a Richmond native currently studying photography with a focus in community arts at California College of the Arts. He started photographing his community and later got introduce to the RYSE Center. As a RYSE member, Francisco was able to develop his visual skills and organizing skills through different programming. Now he is back at RYSE as the Visual Arts Assistant teaching the photography class and leading numerous other art workshops. Francisco’s main goal is to empower youth to create visually stunning and socially meaningful work.
