Trauma Response Specialist
The RYSE Trauma Response Specialist will provide case management, mentoring, and crisis supports to young people onsite at RYSE and offsite through our RYSE Restorative Pathways Project (R2P2). R2P2 is a hospital-linked violence intervention that addresses acute and ongoing needs of lethally injured youth through mentoring, intensive case management, resource navigation, and holistic supports.
The Clinical Therapist will provide and coordinate trauma-informed, healing centered supports and programs for young people in Richmond and West Contra Costa. This includes psycho-social assessment, individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention. Supports will be provided onsite at RYSE and community settings, utilizing culturally relevant therapeutic modalities.
